TRAILERS AL'
BUSINESS, AND PROVIDINGE FORENTHE
LICENSING THEREOF AND PROVID.

THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY OR-
DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section L No person shall engage in
the business of leasing or renting trailers
to the general public without first ob-
taining a license to engage in such bus-
iness, as provided by this ordinance.
Section 2. The word "trailer" as used
in this ordinance shall mean any ve-
hicle
without motive power designed for
carrying Property and for being drawn
by a motor vehicle, and so constructed
that no part of its weight rests upon
the towing vehicle and is capable of be-
ing pulled by a passenger automobile.
Section 3. Application for license to
