FORM G Council File No. 219176—Ordinance No. 12763—By Milton Rosen— An ordinance granting permission to Walter Sawacke and Delores Sawacke to connect their homestead at 1763 East Larpenteur Avenue, Village of Maplewood, the same being all that tract or parcel of land described more Particularly as follows: All that part Of Lot 25, Block 1 Garden Acres, Ram- sey County, Minnesota, except the east 115 feet thereof, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, State of Minne- sota, described as follows: beginning at a point on the -north line of said Lot 25, 115 feet west of the northeast corner of said Lot 25; thence souk to the south line of west 60.0 feet alongsaid t a sou h inenoef said Lot 25• thence north to the north' line of said Lot 25; thence east 60.0 feet to the place of beginning; to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, for the disposal of sanitary sewage, and regulating the conditions thereof. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. Permittees or their successors shall, within 90 days from the passage Of this ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof, specifically agree- ing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon com- pliance therewith the Commissioner, of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue a permit for the sewer ex- tension, subject expressly to the Provisions of this ordinance and Sec- tions 235.08 to 235.14, inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. 3. That the Council of the Village of Maplewood shall, by its resolution or ordinance, assent to the aforesaid sewer connection hereunder and that a certified copy of such resolution or ordinance shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Saint Paul within 90 days next after the effective date of this or- dinance and prior to the establish- ment of said sewer connection. SECTION 2 That City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 12461, approved May 8, 1963, hereby is repealed. SECTION 3 This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. SECTION 4 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval, and publication. Passed by the Council August 4, 1964.
