"An Ordinance to amend Appendix,
B, Section V, Maplewood of the Legis-
lative Code of the City of Saint Paul."

This is an emergency Ordinance ren-
dered necessary for the preservation,
of the public peace, health, and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul
Does Ordain:
SECTION 1
That Ordinance Number'. '236

hereby further amended by adding to
Section 1 additional property to re-
ceive sewer service as follows:
"Situated in Washington County,
State of Minnesota, the following
described real estate, to -wit:
That certain additional part of
Woodbury Township in Section 7,
Township 28 North, Range 21 West,
except that part of Section 7 lying
northerly of Upper Afton Road and
except the south % of the south-
west !'a of Section 7. Also, that
certain additional part of Wood-
bury Township in the southwest
?4 of Section 8."
SECTION 2
This Ordinance is hereby declared to
be an emergency Ordinance rendered,
necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety.
SECTION 3
This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force upon its passage, approval
and publication.
