Council File No. 215655—Ordinance No. 12620—By Milton Rosen— An Ordinance amending Ordinance Number 12376, entitled: "An Ordinance to amend Appendix, B, Section V, Maplewood of the Legis- lative Code of the City of Saint Paul." approved January 4, 1963, as amended. This is an emergency Ordinance ren- dered necessary for the preservation, of the public peace, health, and safety. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: SECTION 1 That Ordinance Number'. '236 ap- proved January 4, 1963, as amended, >s hereby further amended by adding to Section 1 additional property to re- ceive sewer service as follows: "Situated in Washington County, State of Minnesota, the following described real estate, to -wit: That certain additional part of Woodbury Township in Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, except that part of Section 7 lying northerly of Upper Afton Road and except the south % of the south- west !'a of Section 7. Also, that certain additional part of Wood- bury Township in the southwest ?4 of Section 8." SECTION 2 This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency Ordinance rendered, necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
