FORM G Council File No. 215656—Ordinance No. 12621—By Milton Rosen— An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11853, entitled: "An Ordinance Granting Permission and Authority to the Village of Maple- wood to connect the Public Sewer System of said Village of Maplewood to the Public Sewer System of the City of Saint Paul and thereafter maintain and operate the same as an Outlet for said Public Sewer System of said Village for Public Sewage Conveyance and Disposal Purposes, i and Providing Applicable Terms and Conditions," approved July 26, 1957, as amended. This is an Emergency Ordinance ren- dered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: SECTIO That Ordinance N 11853, pproved November 8, 1960, nded, be further amended by adding to Section 1 additional property to receive sewer service described as follows: "That certain additional part of the Village of Maplewood located in Section 12, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, between McKnight Road and East Ramsey County Line, and bounded by Lower Afton Road on the north and Linwood Avenue on the south." SECTION 2 This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an ,emergency Ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. SECTION 3 This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication. Passed by the Council December 18, 1963.
