Permittees or their successors shall. within 90 days from the pass- age of this ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof, specifically agree- ing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon com- pliance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue a permit for the sewer ex- tension, subject expressly to the pro- visions of this ordinance and Sec- tions 235.08 to 235.14 inclusive; of the_ i Saint Paul Legislative Code. 3. That the Cmmcil of the Village of Maplewood shall, by its resolution or ordinance, assent to the aforesaid sewer connection hereunder and that a certified copy of such resolution or ordinance shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Saint Paul within 90 days next after the effective date of this ordinance and prior to the establishment of said sewer connection.
