Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 104 is hereby amended to read as
follows e
"Section 1. No person shall kindle, ignite, set or start any outdoor fire
not contained. in a ifillage !:,pproved inciner,.tor or burner at any time unless
authorized by the is 3u_!nee of a r)ermit �s hereafter provided. The owner of any
property upon which r. fixe ,s started or originally ignited, in violation of the
provisions cf thi;:. or,jinance, .:phi -:11 be responsible therefor and shall be subject
to penalties herein provided traleiss such owner can. adduce proof that such fire
was starter? by F stranger or. trespa.sgor. "
',ection 2. "ectior_ 3 of r).rdirance RIo. 104. is hereb!r emended to read as
follows:
"Sectior, 3. I.ny outdoor incinerator or burner must oe constructed so as to
contain all fly ash, embers or cinders and shall be so constructed and. located as
to be 15 feet or more in I orizont^1 distance from any building, garage, barn, shed
or utility pole located_ on the property of the owners or on any adjoining property.
Section 3. `3ection 4 of Ordinance o. 104 is herevy amended to Feud as
followst
"Section 4. Any persons eng-aged in - commercial operation shall refrain from
burning any refuse, paper or other combustible material unless such burning is done
in an indoor or outdoor incinerator or burner which has been. constructed pursuant
to illi, -,e inspection qnd .approval and such burning shall be confined to the hours

rection 4. Section S of OrdinY.nce "`o. 104 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
":3ection S. Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misaemeanor and. subject to a fine of riot over
R�100.00 or imprisonment in the Couc.ty Jail for not more than 90 days, or both."
