Section 1. Rvecy person, firm, or corpol•ation who shall is?sue any
check, d --aft, or o:. -der upon a bank or -the~ depositors for the payraart of money
without having sltff'icient funds in, or credit in, or vi.th-out having an account
in, such bark or ether depository for the payment of such check, draft, or order
in .full upon its preoentation, shall bn guilty of a misdemeanor, unless said
check is paid to the holster within ten (10) days after_ such presentation.
Section 2. Any person, firm, or corporation convicted of a. misdemeanor
as herein defined, shall be subject to a fine of not more then 0.00.00 or
impri3onment cf riot more than_ 10 days, or both.
