Section 1. Section 6-2A of jrcinancc No. 14 13 hereby amen_e�
to read as follows:
6 there shall be

of any dwelling house hereafter erecter: shall be not less in area
than the following:

less - 900 sq. ft.
one and one-half (1j) story dwelling - 600 sq. ft.

No livable room, except erItchen, shall be less in area than ninety
(90) square feet.
