AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE �6 EN-
TITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING A LOCAL
BOARD OF HEALTH, DEFINING ITS POWERS
AND DUTIES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION OF ITS LAWFUL ORDERS".
THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOK OF NEW CANADA DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 9 of Ordinance #6 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 9. The members of the 9oard of Health shall receive
as compensation for their services the sum to be determined by the
Town Board for time actually spent in the performance of duties.
The town health officer, however, shall receive a salary of One Hun-
dred Dollars 0100.00) per year, payable monthly which shall be in
lieu of all other compensation from the town."
