AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW
TEMPORARY EXTERIOR SALES IN BC (BUSINESSCOMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICTS
Section 1. Section 44-511 of the Maplewood Code of Ordinancesis hereby amended as
follows:
Sec. 44-511.Permitted Uses.
The city shall only permit the following uses by right in a BC business commercial district:
(18)Temporary exterior sale of goods, up to 4 months per year, pursuant to licensing and
permitting requirementsin chapter 14, article VI, chapter 20, article IV and chapter 28,
article II.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect after the approval by the city council and publishing
in the official newspaper.
The Maplewood City Council approved thisordinance revision on August 24, 2015.
