AMENDMENT TO THE ORDINANCE REGULATING PERSONALSERVICES CLOSING HOURS
Chapter14,ArticleXIII,Division5(LicensedPremises)isherebyamendedtodeletethefollowing
section:
Sec.14-1139.Closinghours.
Nopremiseslicensedunderthisarticleshallbeopenbetweenthehoursof10:00p.m.and7:00a.m.of
thefollowingday,andnobusinessshallbeoperatedonSunday.
Chapter 14, Article XIII, Division 2 (Escort Services)is hereby amended to add the following section:
Sec 14-943. Closing hours.
Nopremiseslicensedunderthisarticleshallbeopenbetweenthehoursof10:00p.m.and7:00a.m.of
thefollowingday,andnobusinessshallbeoperatedonSunday.
Chapter 14,Article XIII, Division 3 (Saunas and Bathhouses)is hereby amended to add the following
section:
Sec 14-1023. Closing hours.
Nopremiseslicensedunderthisarticleshallbeopenbetweenthehoursof10:00p.m.and7:00a.m.of
thefollowingday,andnobusinessshallbeoperatedonSunday.
Chapter 14, Article XIII, Division 4 (Massage Centers)is hereby amended to add the following section:
Sec 14-1109. Closing hours.
Nopremiseslicensedunderthisarticleshallbeopenbetweenthehoursof9:00p.m.and7:00a.m.of
thefollowingday.
The City Council approved this ordinance on September 23, 2013.
