AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT CONCERNING
VARIANCES TO THE METAL STORAGE BUILDING ORDINANCE
The Maplewood City Council approves the following revision to the Maplewood Code of
Ordinances.
Section 1.Section 12-5 (d) of the Maplewood Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as
follows:
Sec. 12-5. Metal Storage Buildings.
(d) The city council may grant variances to the requirements of this section. All variances must
follow the requirements provided in Minnesota State Statutes.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect after the approval by the city council and publishing
in the official newspaper.
The Maplewood City Council approved this ordinanceon June 25, 2012.
