Section 1. That Ordinanc #9 entitled, "An Grdinance Establighing
a Building Co3.e, Creating ano Continuing the Office of 3uiVing Inspector
ani. Repea.lin the �,xisting building Code" is hereby amended by striking;
from �ectton 5, Subdivision 11 the following:
"In every dwelling hou@e hereafter erected there shall be at 1pa.st

and inserting in lieu thereof the following language:
