AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SWIMMING AND DE-
FINING MISDEMEANOR.
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWN OF NEVd CANADA DOES ORDAIN-.
Section to Any person or persons who shall swam or bathe in any river, creek
or lake within the limits of New Canada Township between the hours of llsO0 P.M. and
6sOO A.M., unless such person is swimming or bathing at or in front of shoreline which
is private property owned by himself or to which he has access by the owner's permission,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.
