ORDINANCE 857
LOCATION OF TRASH CANS
Containers shall be placed along side the garage, side of the house or at
the rear of the premises and these locations shall not interfere with any adjoining
property; effort should be made to reduce the visibility or view of the trash
container from the street. All trash shall be in the container and the lid closed to
prevent trash from falling out.
Exceptions: The City Official may allow an exception to this ordinance or
the homeowner/property owner can appeal to the city council.
