AMENDING HOURS FOR ON/OFF SALE ESTABLISHMENTS
AN ORDINANCE OF MAPLEWOOD, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA AMENDING
THE HOURS OF SALE FOR ON-SALE ESTABLISHMENTS SELLING
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
On September 8, 2003, the Maplewood City Council approved a change to the
Maplewood Code of Ordinances Sec. 6-116 Hours of Sale for Alcoholic Beverages.
This change reflects the action of the state legislature passing a bill for an act relating to
liquor; extending bar hours to 2:00 a.m.; amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, section
340A.504, subdivisions 1, 2, 3.
Passed by the Maplewood City Council on September 8, 2003.
