ORDINANCE CHANGING OVERNIGHT PARKING, SEC. 18-27 (a)
Sec. 18-27. Same-Nighttime; prohibited hours; temporary special permit
(a)Parking of any vehicle upon any street or road in the city between the hours of
2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is hereby prohibited.
