ORDINANCE 805-A
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING TO
HYDRANT CHARGES
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 35-51 through 35-54 of the Maplewood Code
concerning hydrant charges is hereby deleted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force beginning
January 1, 2000.
