ORDINANCE 803-B
AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD CODE RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE
CHARGESTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 28-21 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The following rates and charges are herebyestablished for all sanitary sewer
services furnished by and in the City:
(1) St. Paul Billing District
(a) The residential and non-residential rates shall be $1.45 per 100
cubic feet.
(b) There shall be a minimum of $8.13 quarterly per sewer service
connection.
(2) North St. Paul, Roseville, Little Canada and Woodbury Billing Districts:
(a) The residential and non-residential rates shall be $1.94 per
1,000 gallons.
(b) There shall be a minimum of $8.13 quarterly per sewer service
connection.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force beginning January 1,
2000.
The Maplewood City Council adopted this ordinance on 12.13.1999.
