ORDINANCE 799
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REQUIREMENTS
OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE ABOUT THE USE OF
CHAPTER 1306 OF THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE
The Maplewood City Council approves the following changes to the Maplewood Code of
Ordinances:
Section 1.This amendment changes Section 9-24(3)a as follows:
a.The city council temporarily repeals the use of Chapter 1306, Special Fire
Protection Systems, in Maplewood. The city council shall review the use of
Chapter 1306, Special Fire Protection Systems, in Maplewood after the
State of Minnesota completes revisions to the Chapter or by December 1,
2001, whichever comes first.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect after the city publishes it in the official
newspaper.
