SUBJECT: CDRB Meeting Cancellation for June 23, 2015
Meeting Cancellation
The June 23, 2015, community design review board (CDRB) meeting has been cancelled since
there are no current applications submitted at this time for review. Staff is currently working on
a 15-day minor construction review that will be sent to the CDRB shortly.
The CDRB’s next scheduled meeting is July 28, 2015. The CDRB is invited to the July 7
planning commission meeting where the commission will be reviewing the draft 2016-2019
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). A draft of this document will not be ready in time for the June
CDRB meeting and the council will be considering the CIP at its meeting on July 27, 2015 –
before the next CDRB meeting. Therefore, any boards or commissions that will not be
presented the CIP at a meeting are being invited to the July 7 planning commission meeting
where a public hearing is being held.
