CALL TO ORDER A meeting of the City Council serving as the Economic Development Authority, (EDA), was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order at 6:48 p.m. by EDA Chair Koppen. B. ROLL CALL Marvin Koppen, Chair Present Marylee Abrams, Member Present Robert Cardinal, Vice Chair Present Kathleen Juenemann, Member Present Nora Slawik, Member Present C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Member Juenemann moved to approve the agenda as submitted. Seconded by Member Koppen Ayes – All The motion passed. D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of January 27, 2014 Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes Correct the minutes to add the motion “Member Abrams moved to appoint Bob Cardinal as Vice Chair of the Economic Development Authority. Member Abrams moved to approve the January 27, 2014 Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes as amended. Seconded by Member Juenemann Ayes – All The motion passed. E. PUBLIC HEARING None F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None February 24, 2014 Maplewood Area Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes 2 G. NEW BUSINESS 1. Approval of RFP for Real Estate Broker Member Juenemann moved to approve the Request for Proposal for Real Estate Broker Services to sell real property owned by the City of Maplewood and the Maplewood Economic Development Authority. Seconded by Member Abrams Ayes – All The motion passed. H. ADJOURMENT EDA Chair Koppen adjourned the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
