Meeting Cancellation for November 9, 1999
November 2, 1999
The November 9, 1999 meeting of the community design review board is canceled due to a lack
of applications submitted for development. It is unusual that we cancel as many meetings as we
have lately. I do anticipate, however, receiving a request for a proposed U.S. Bank on the vacant
property west of the Outback Restaurant on Beam Avenue. The U.S. Bank application should
come in this week.
The tentative agenda for our November 23 meeting is:
· U.S. Bank
· Resolution to increase the dollar limits for staff reviews
· New-member orientation/Old-member refresher
If you cannot attend fha November 23 meeting due to fha Thankagiving holiday, or any
other reason, please let me know as soon as possible. We must have three members to
hold a meeting.
