SUBJECT:HEDC Meeting Cancellationfor August 14, 2013

The nextmeeting of the HEDC (housingand economic development commission)
has beencanceled since there are no time-sensitive items for consideration.Staff
is currently working on a policyguidefor selling city land that will be reviewed at
the September HEDC meeting. In addition, a representative from Ramsey
County’s Community and Economic Development Department will be at the
meeting to talk about city and county partnershipsand staff is developing an in-
service training on tax-increment financing (TIF) for HEDC members.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the HEDC isonSeptember 11, 2013.
