SUBJECT:HEDC Meeting Cancellationfor March 13, 2013

The nextmeeting of the HEDC (housingand economic development commission)
has beencanceled dueto the fact the HEDC just met on February 28, 2013. At
the February 28, 2013 meeting the HEDC established its regular meeting time to
be the second Wednesday of the month with meetings to start at 7 p.m. Due to the
HEDC changing its meeting time, this left little time for staff to prepare for the next
meeting.
The HEDC willmeet on April 10, 2013, where the president of the White Bear Area
Chamber of Commerce will be giving a presentation. The HEDC will also be
reviewing its work plan and possibledevelopment of a revolving loan fund.Please
