A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 4:35 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

Councilmember Nephew moved to approve the agenda as submitted.

The motion passed.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Declaration of Special Meeting Topics and Intent to Close Session
a. Attorney Update — CoPar Litigation Settlement
This was a closed the session meeting pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, Chapter 13 relating
to AttorneylClient privilege for the purpose of discussion.
Mayor Longrie opened the Closed Session Meeting at 5:20 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Longrie adjourned the meeting at 5:21 p.m.
