A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Nephew moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Hjelle. Ayes — All
The motion passed.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Declaration of Special Meeting Topics and Intent to Close Session
a. Attorney Update — Carver Crossing Litigation (CoPar Settlement Discussion)
This was a closed the session meeting pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, Chapter 13 relating
to AttorneylClient privilege for the purpose of discussion.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Longrie adjourned the meeting at 6:46 p.m.
