A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

Mayor Longrie moved to approve the agenda.
Seconded by Councilmember Nephew.

2. Arthur and Rose Mahnke vs. Ramsey County, City of Maplewood, Zachary Hansen,
Robert Fulton, Fazi Awad, John Springman, Composting Concepts, Inc., Cappies
Trucking, Inc., - C1- 0605091 — Pierre Regnier, Jardin, Logan & O'Brien, Attorneys at
Law P.L.L.P
Councilmember Rossbach hereby moved that the city council authorizes the attorney retained by
the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust to represent the City of Maplewood, Pierre N.
Regnier, to sign on behalf of the City of Maplewood the Stipulations of Dismissal which allow for a
dismissal of all claims brought by the Plaintiffs and a dismissal of all crossclaims brought by the
city in the pending compost site litigation.
Seconded by Councilmember Juenemann. Ayes — All
The motion passed.
