3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Commissioner Lynne asked for a few minutes before the start of New Business.
Commissioner Johannessen made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded
by Commissioner Schreiner, all ayes.
Commissioner Lynne discussed her difficulty with some of the language used in
the New Member Orientation document. She would like "Duties and
Responsibilities" replaced with "Charges".
Commissioner Yingling stated that the language is found in the Environmental
Commission ordinance. So we can recommend this language change to the City
Council.
