A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 5:05 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.
B. ROLL CALL

C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Rossbach moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Hjelle. Ayes ? All
The motion passed.

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Interviews for Vacancy on Parks Commission
5:00 p.m. Mary Mackey, 3027 Lakewood Drive North, Maplewood, addressed and
answered questions of the council.
5:15 p.m. Daniel Maas, (no address given) addressed and answered questions of the
council.
5:30 p.m. Therese Sonnek (Term Expired: Reappointment) (no address given)
addressed and answered questions of the council.
2. Declaration of Intent to Close Meeting
a. Discussion/Review of 2009-2010 Contract Negotiations
i. Labor Relations Attorney, Chuck Bethel, addressed the council and
introduced the item before the meeting was closed.

Mayor Longrie closed the meeting session for purposes of discussing labor negotiations.
Mayor Longrie opened the closed meeting session up.
F. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Longrie adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
