ADJOURNMENT Work Session Agenda Item E1 AGENDA REPORT TO : City Council FROM: Charles Ahl, Acting City Manager SUBJECT: Re- Appointments to Commissions DATE: January 21, 2009 INTRODUCTION/SUMMARY The City Council will be conducting interviews of candidates for re-appointment to the Planning Commission; Community Design Review Board and the Police Civil Service Commission. The following individuals have terms that have expired and are requesting re-appointment to their respective Board or Commission. A list of standard questions will be provided to the Council at the meeting for the interviews. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council conduct interviews of the following in consideration of re- appointment to the Board or Commission as noted: 5:00 pm: Robert Martin - Planning Commission 5:10 pm: Marlene Palkovich ?
