' Present were: Mayor Greavu Councilmembers Anderson, Juker and Rossbach City Manager McGuire Organizational Structure. As requested at the previous meeting, City Manager McGuire distributed copies of the various permits that the City Clerk, Community Development and Public Works Departments issue. These were reviewed and discussed by the Councilmembers. The Council then requested that a list showing the permits each department is responsible for be provided at the next Council/Manager meeting. I Upcoming Items and Concerns General discussion - no action taken. The next Council/Manager meeting was tentatively scheduled for 4:30 p.m., Monday, October 30, 1989. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
