CALL TO ORDER A special meeting of the City Council of Maplewood, Minnesota, was held at Mounds Park Academy, 2051 E. Larpenteur Avenue, and was called to order at 7:01 P.M. by Mayor Greavu. B. ROLL CALL John C. Greavu, Mayor Present Norman G. Anderson, Councilmember Absent Gary W. Bastian, Councilmember Present Frances L. Joker, Councilmember Present Charlotte Wasiluk, Councilmember Present C. PUBLIC HEARING - 1. 7:OOP.M, Water Service District No. 6 - Project 86-03 a. Mayor Greavu convened the meeting for a public he aringregarding the con- struction of a one million gallon water storage tank 6,330 lineal feet of water pipe and necessary appurtenances in the area of Holloway on the north, Conway Avenue on the south, Century Avenue on the east and Ruth Street on the west. b. Mayor Greavu .announced that since one councilmember was absent, a decision on this proposal will not be made until the Meeting"of June 9, 1986. c. Assistant City Engineer Chuck Ahl presented thespecifics of the proposal. d. Mayor Greavu called for persons who wished to be heard for or against the proposal. The following espressed their opinions: Harry 2,acho, White Bear Lake, Minnesota Dorothy Allen, 1847 McKnight Road Pete De La Martre, 954 Edith Mary Jane Schuler, 2648 E. Geranium Eileen Fritsch, 812 No. McKnight Representative from St. Paul Priory Dave Wilmer, 910 No. McKnight Road Clarence Sohlo, 749 Mayhill Road Fran Dreawves, 1060 Lakewood Drive Helen Koppen, 984 Lakewood e.
