A. CALL TO ORDER
- A special meeting of the City Council of Maplewood, Minnesota, was-called toorder'in
the Jury Room,.MUnicipal Building, and was called to order at 5:03 P.M. by Mayor Greavu.

C. NEW BUSINESS
1. Health Resources
a. Manager Evans stated Health Resources is requesting a large assembly
permit for Sunday, September 08, 1985, at their facilities, 2696 Hazelwood
Street, to hold a company picnic. They are also requesting that the fee be
waived.
b. Councilmember Anderson moved to approve the request of Health Resources for
a large assembly permit for their Company picnic to be held September 08, 1985,
at Health Resources, Inc., 2696 Hazelwood Street, and that the fee be waived.
Seconded by Councilmember Maida. Ayes - all.
2. Temporary Permit :.1918 Kennard Street
a. Manager Evans received a request from Mr. John Roberts for a temporary
permit to locate a mobile home on his property to .house his family until his
home can be repaired from a fire.
b. Mayor Greavu moved to grant a 90-day temporary mobil home permit to Mr..
John Roberts, 1918 Kennard Street, subject to the approval of the Community
Development Director.
Seconded by Councilmember Maida. Ayes - all.
Councilmember Bastian arrived at 5:11 P.M.
3. Architectural Alliance
a. Manager Evans presented a letter from Architectural Alliance outlining
their fees for the new City Hall.
