CALL TO ORDER A special meeting of the City Council of Maplewood, Minnesota was held in the Confer- ence Room, Municipal Building and was called to order at 5:08 P.M. by Mayor Greavu. B. ROLL CALL John C. Greavu, Mayor Present Norman G. Anderson, Councilmember Absent Gary W. Bastian, Councilmember Present Frances L. Juker, Councilmember Present Marylee Maida, Councilmerr~ber Present C. AGENDA Councilmember Bastian moved to accept the Agenda as presented. Seconded by Councilmember h1aida. Ayes - all. D. APPOINTMENTS: Boards and Commissions Council reviewed the applications for the various City Boards and Commissions. 1. Human Relations Commission a. Councilmember Bastian moved to appoint Susan Hoyt to the Human Relations Commission. Seconded by Councilmember Maida. Ayes - all. b. Councilmember Bastian moved to appoint Peary Eiden to the Human Relations Commission. Seconded by Mayor Greavu. Ayes - all. 2. Housing and Redevelopment Authority a. Councilmember Juker moved to appoint Robert Larson to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. ''a Seconded by Councilmember Bastian. Ayes - aTl. 3. Planning Commission a. Mayor Greavu moved to re-appoint Dorothy Flejny to the Planning Commission. Seconded by Councilmember Juker. Ayes - all. b. Councilmember Maida moved to appoint Vdarren Robens to the Planning Com- mission. - 1 - G/20 Seconded by Mayor Greavu. Ayes - all. 4. Park and Recreation Commission a. Councilmember Bastian moved to appoint William Zappa to the Park and .Recreation Commission. Seconded by Mayor Greavu.. Ayes - all. b. Councilmember Maida moved to re-appoint Bonnie Qualley to the Park and Recreation Commission.. Seconded by Mayor Greavu. Ayes - all. 5. Community Design Review Board a.
