A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cardinal at 6:00 p.m.

C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Allenspach moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
D. NEW BUSINESS
1. Civil Service Commission Vacancy
With the election of Commissioner Kathy Juenemann to the City
Council, the Civil Service Commission will soon have a vacancy. To
fill the vacancy, the council and managers decided to re-advertise the
position, and start over with applicants.
2. Proposal for an Economic Development Financial Tools Study
Discussion was held and a draft proposal was presented from Paul
Steinman from Springsted to develop a financial tool for economic
development and redevelopment. Management encouraged staffto
proceed.
