MEETING MINUTES
MAPLEWOOD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
5:30 P.M. Monday, July 13, 2026
City Hall, Council Chambers
A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Maplewood Economic Development Authority (EDA) was held in the
City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Abrams.
B. ROLL CALL
Marylee Abrams, President Present
Rebecca Cave, Vice President Present
Kathleen Juenemann, Commissioner Present
Chonburi Lee, Commissioner Present
Nikki Villavicencio, Commissioner Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Commissioner Lee moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Commissioner Juenemann Ayes – All
The motion passed.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. April 13, 2026, Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Juenemann moved to approve the April 13, 2026 Economic Development
Authority Meeting Minutes as submitted.
Seconded by Commissioner Cave Ayes – All
The motion passed.
E. PUBLIC HEARING
1. Business Subsidy Policy

Policy
Assistant Executive Director Parr gave the staff report.
President Abrams opened public hearing. The following people spoke:

President Abrams closed the public hearing.
Commissioner Lee moved to approve the 2026 Maplewood Economic Development
Authority Business Subsidy Policy.
Seconded by Commissioner Juenemann Ayes – All
The motion passed.
F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
None
G. NEW BUSINESS
1. 2027 EDA Budget
Assistant Treasurer Rueb gave the staff report. Executive Director Sable and Assistant
Executive Director Parr provided additional information. Council shared comments.
No action required.
H. ADJOURNMENT
President Abrams adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
