1. New member introduction and swearing in
2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair
Vice Chair:
Cardinal motions to nominate Gaspar as Vice Chair.

- No other nominates made.
Gaspar voted as Vice Chair.

Hughes Nominates Currie
Secret balloting follows. Sheeran and Boulay review ballots Cardinal is the top vote getter,
named chair.
3. Re-considering KSTP Tower or other properties for designation

5. Consideration to move meeting time to 6 PM

7. Historical Society Update - Farmer's Market starts first Sunday of the June and runs through
September.
8. County Fair – short conversation about the Ramsey County Fair resuming on the 16 – 19
9. Oldest Building in Maplewood – According to Pete Boulay, it’s 2591 Stillwater Road East, built in
1867
