A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the city council was held in the city hall council chambers and was called to
order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Mayor Cave.
B. ROLL CALL
Marylee Abrams, Mayor Absent
Rebecca Cave, Acting Mayor Present
Kathleen Juenemann, Councilmember Present
Chonburi Lee, Councilmember Present, arrived at 6:32
Nikki Villavicencio, Councilmember Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Villavicencio moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Juenemann Ayes – Acting Mayor Cave

Absent – Councilmember Lee
The motion passed.
D. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. 2026 Events Update
City Clerk Sindt gave the staff report and answered questions of council.
No action required.
2. Residential Recycling and Trash Request for Proposal Update
Sustainability Coordinator Finwall gave the presentation. Council provided opinions and
direction to staff about priorities for the proposal.
No action required.
