A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to
order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Abrams.
B. ROLL CALL

C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Cave moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Lee Ayes – All
The motion passed.

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. 2026 Charitable Gambling Policy Review
Senior Administrative Manager Knutson gave the presentation. City Manager Sable
provided additional comments. Council discussed the agenda item and shared opinions.
No action required.
2. MCC Discussion – LSE Architects
Assistant City Manager Darrow introduced the agenda item. Jennifer Anderson-Tuttle and
Christopher Laabs, with LSE Architects, gave the presentation. Council provided additional
comments.
No action required.
F. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Abrams adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m.
