6:30 P.M. Monday, August 11, 2025

A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to
order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Abrams.
B. ROLL CALL
Marylee Abrams, Mayor Present
Rebecca Cave, Councilmember Absent
Kathleen Juenemann, Councilmember Present
Chonburi Lee, Councilmember Present
Nikki Villavicencio, Councilmember Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Juenemann moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Lee Ayes – All
The motion passed.
D. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. 2026 Budget (with public comment)
City Manager Sable began the discussion. Finance Director Rueb gave the presentation.
Mayor Abrams opened public comment. The following people spoke:
Kevin Bergland – 1778 DeSoto Street
Mark Nichols – 2550 Forest Street
Mayor Abrams closed the public comment.
Council and staff answered the questions that were raised during the public comment.
No action required.
