Approval of Agenda Commissioner Birkholz motioned to approve the agenda. Commissioner Meehan seconded. Ayes: All The motion passed. D. Approval of Minutes: Commissioner Birkholz motioned to approve the Meeting Minutes for February 1, 2016. Commissioner Meehan seconded. Ayes: All The motion passed. E. New Business 1. Review and Accept Exam Results for Police Officer Process, Establish Eligibility List, and Certify List Ms. Rameaux and Chief Schnell addressed the Commission and answered questions. Commissioner Birkholz motioned to accept the exam results for Police Officer. Commissioner Liddell seconded. Ayes: All The motion passed. Commissioner Birkholz motioned to establishing the eligibility list for police officer. Commissioner Meehan seconded. Ayes: All The motion passed. Commissioner Birkholz motioned to certify the list for police officer. Commissioner Meehan seconded. Ayes: All The motion passed. 2. Review and Approve Background Check for Police Officer Candidate and Certify Name for Vacancy Ms. Rameaux and Chief Schnell addressed the Commission and answered questions. Commissioner Meehan motioned to approve the background check for police officer candidate and to certify the name for vacancy. Commissioner Birkholz seconded. Ayes: All 3. Discuss and Approve Job Description, Proposed External Recruitment Process and Posting for Police Officer Ms. Rameaux and Chief Schnell addressed the Commission and answered questions. Commissioner Birkholz motioned to approve the Job Description for Police Officer. Commissioner Meehan seconded. Ayes: All Commissioner Meehan motioned to approve the Proposed External Recruitment Process. Commissioner Birkholz seconded.
