Call to Order 2. Roll Call Commissioners: Jim Meehan, Commissioner, present Debra Birkholz, Secretary/Acting Chair, present Lisa Liddell, Chair, absent Others: Terrie Rameaux, Staff Liaison David Thomalla, Police Chief 3. Approval of Agenda Commissioner Meehan motioned to approve the agenda. Chair Birkholz seconded the motion. Ayes: All Motion passed. 4. Approval of Minutes: a. March 28, 2011 Commissioner Meehan motioned to approve the minutes for March 28, 2011. Chair Birkholz seconded the motion. Ayes: All Motion passed. 5. New Business a. Accept exam results for Sergeant process and establish eligibility list Ms. Rameaux went over the staff report. Commissioner Meehan motioned to accept exam results for Sergeant process and establish eligibility list. Chair Birkholz seconded the motion. Ayes: All Motion passed. b. Certify candidates for Sergeant position Commissioner Meehan motioned to certify candidates for Sergeant position. Chair Birkholz seconded the motion. Ayes: All Motion passed. 6. Update on Police Officer recruiting process (no report) Ms. Rameaux updated the commission on the Police Officer Recruiting process and how previous recruiting processes compare to this round. Ms. Rameaux also reviewed the schedule for the upcoming recruitment as well. 10. Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 8:06 am.
