Planning Commission Meeting Cancellation
July 31, 2007
Since the National Night Out festivities are scheduled on the same day as the next
planning commission meeting, August 7,2007, Staff is cancelling this meeting. Our
main item of business was the public hearing for The Regent, the senior's apartment
building at Legacy Village. Many Legacy Village residents, that staff notified for the
public hearing, cannot attend because of the conflict with their National Night Out
celebration at Legacy Village. Staff, therefore, will reschedule this hearing for the next
planning commission meeting on August 21, 2007.
