A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to
order at 5:45 p.m. by Mayor Abrams.
B. ROLL CALL

Rebecca Cave, Councilmember Present
Kathleen Juenemann, Councilmember Present
Chonburi Lee, Councilmember Present
Nikki Villavicencio, Councilmember Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Councilmember Lee moved to approve the agenda as submitted.
Seconded by Councilmember Cave Ayes– All
The motion passed.
D. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Ramsey County Comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan Presentation
Fire & EMS Chief Mondor introduced the item. Judd Freed, Ramsey County Director of
Emergency Management & Homeland Security, gave the presentation.
No action required.
2. EAB Grant Discussion
Public Works Director Love gave the presentation and answered questions of council.
No action required.
D. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Abrams adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
