Seconded by Commissioner Porter.Ayes – All The motion passed. D.APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.February 17, 2020 Commissioner Brannon made a motion to approve the February 17, 2021 Parks and Recreation Commission minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Mallet Ayes – All E.NEW BUSINESS D1 Wednesday, April 21, 2021 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes F.UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1.2021 Parks and Recreation Commission Goal Setting Audra Robbins, Parks and Recreation Manager, led a discussion on finalizing the goals for 2021. Commissioner Brannon made a motion to accept the 2021 Parks and Recreation Commission Goals. Seconded by Commissioner Mallett Ayes – All G.VISITOR PRESENTATIONS H.COMMISSION PRESENTATIONS I.STAFF PRESENTATIONS 1.Parks and Recreation Update Audra Robbins, Parks and Recreation Manager, shared information regarding the two new commissioners who will be joining the commission and that meetings might return to being held in person at some point during the summer. She also gave an update on summer part-time employees and volunteer opportunities. J.ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Porter made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Mallet Ayes – All The motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at 6:23 p.m. Next meeting is May 19, 2021. D1
