DEFINING ITS FOiMS AND DUTIES."
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLWISt
Section 1. '3ection 1 of )rdinance No. 102 is hereby amended to read
a's follows:
"3*c. 1. A 'Tillage Board of 'recreation consisting; of -'f'Ptees,i (15rzembers
to be appointed by the 1 illage Council 18 hereby created."
Section 2. Section 2 of `rdinance `o. 102 is :Hereby amended to read
as follows:
"39c. 2 (a) -'he first members of the :3oard of Recreation shall be appointed
as follows:
Three (3) members for a term of one (1) year; three (3) memaers for
a term of two (2) years, and three (3) mem')er.s for a term of three
(3) years, the unexpired_ portion of the year in which these ?point-
ments .are made shall he considered as one 1) year. jIs the terms
expire, all appointments thereafter shall be for a term of three (3)
years and said appointments shall be made at the first meeting in
January of each year.
(b) ""he six (6) additional .:ne-fibers of the ioard, who are bein;. added at
the time of the adoption of this amending ordinarice, shall be appointed as followsi
