Seconded by Commissioner Brannon Ayes – All The motion passed. 4.APPROVAL OF MINUTES a.August 20, 2014 Commissioner Prommoved to approve the August 20, 2014 Parks and Recreation Commission minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Mallet Ayes – All Abstain – Commissioner Schmidt The motion passed. 5.VISTOR PRESENTATIONS a. Wednesday, September 17, 2014 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes 4a 6.UNFINISHEDBUSINESS a.Maplewood Parks System Plan Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, presented the open house information for the Maplewood Parks System Plan and discussed it with the commission. 7.NEW BUSINESS a. 8.STAFF PRESENTATIONS a.Spotlight on Parks – Wakefield Park Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, presented WakefieldPark and answered questions of the commission. b.Upcoming Special Events Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, updated and invited the commission to the upcoming special events in parks and recreation. c.Upcoming Meetings Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, updated the commission on the upcoming Parks System Plan meetings. 9.COMMISSIONER COMMENTS a. 10.ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Brannonmovedto adjourn the meeting. Seconded by CommissionerVillavicencio Ayes – All The motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at 9:21pm. Next meeting is October 15, 2014.
