bee;ause tie is disabled_ Gorc�y spoke wiih tlie restaQrant manager and found him to be, very
woperative and willing to discuss the situation. The employee/complamant doesn't see.�u to be
able to manage more hoiirs and has been working artth an employme� specia6st and sc�cial
worker on this_ The situation doesn.`t appear to be;discriminatory, has been an on going
employmertt problem, and at this time, we w�l tak� no fiu�ther ac.-tio� �

Parks and Recreaiion Director. Thete have been some incidents that occurted in t%e community
center bet�veen membe.rs and nonmembers of which tbere was some tension that may have been
rac,-ially motivateci_ C?ne inc,-ident cac�5ed someone to be taken to the hospit� Bruce was asking
f�r our thoughts and in-ptrt on s. The center staffis pIanmi�g to write a diversity comitrittueut
staternen� to post in the c�rrter�The HRC members askecl questions about the use ofthe ceuter
and su�e.��teri id�s on easmg the high-vohtme use problems. The ce�er is xaterested in trainiag
and asked that i1� we knew of diversity trainers to let �3tuce know.
