Callahan, COS Coordinator subject: Details for August 1, Z000 � National Night Out date: July 11, 2000 Thank you very much for joining us and making our "Taste" of Maplewood come to life. This is our Sth annual community celebration "National Nght Out - Maplewood Style", and has become a great way to bring people together. The date is, August 1, 2000 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Musical entertainment and food booths are scheduled until 9:00 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. grab a bite to eat, sample each others delicacies and enjoy the music. Please do not taking down your displays until 8:30 p.m. To assure safe pedestrian walkways throughout campus, no vehicles will be allowed on the activity grounds of campus unti19:00 p.m. for re-loading equipment. Enclosed you will find a layout of the banquet room facility and map of the grounds with your area and suggested parking areas highlighted. You may arrive as early as 3:00 p.m. for set up. Please enter the campus off of White Bear Avenue, or County Road B, whichever is most ,convenient. Access to the parking lot from County Road B will be restricted from 3:00 p.m. on. �i�-e announces your involvement and is good for unloading and reloading your vehicle only. All vehicles must be moved off the immediate grounds and parked either in the MCC south lot or the fenced area just past the gas pumps, up the hill. Please refer to the enclosed map for details. If you are in the Community Center, Katie Atkins will be your contact the day of the event. If your station is located outside either Melissa Coons or myself will be your contact, and food booth contact person is Teme. If you have questions before then please feel free to give us a call at: Katie 779-3543, Teme 770-4524, or Colleen at 770-4579.
